I've never hired any other personal trainer, but here is my first hand experience with Joanna. She doesn't try to sell nutrition supplements. I like to do personal training sessions at the Forest Preserve when it's warm/dry enough out, & Joanna is happy to do that. She helps motivate me to obtain my fitness, & weight loss goals. I've noticed that I have more stamina, strength, & stomach shrinking since starting personal training sessions with Joanna. I like that we can do Yoga for a personal training session. She is ACSM certified, speaks Polish, & English. Joanna is nice, & I would recommend her to others!
When I started working out with Kadeem I was completely clueless about where to start with my weight loss. He laid out a structured workout and meal plan that was easy for me to follow. And within 3 months I surprisingly lost 22lbs after never being able to lose 5lbs on my own (with many diet pills, diets, etc that I tried myself). He helped me to gain enough confidence and knowledge to continue working out on my own once I reached my initial goals.
I attended Jason's Boot Camp and also have had some personal training time with him. He very much bases the exercises to the individual which in my case was beneficial. You are pushed to do your best but keeps your ability in mind. I'd highly recommend getting fit with him !
My workouts are great!! They are catered to the areas that I want to focus on. The step by step online videos rock!! Plus my training sessions have me feeling like a brand new woman. Its awesome to have the support of someone who isn't afraid to push you!! Can't wait for boot camp to start!!
I had been working out on my own for almost 6 months without success before I started personal training with Karl. During the two months as my trainer, Karl created a fitness plan that focused on muscle toning and weight loss. I lowered by my body fat by over 4% in that time. Karl's workouts are very challenging, but customized to the trainee's strength and comfort level. Karl is punctual and very motivational! He will also hold you accountable to your workout and dietary plan.

I've being working out with jake since April 2015. He is a trainer that cares and has motivated and pushed me to keep my goals. He helped me change my eating habits which assisted with my fat loss and allowed me to gain muscle mass. He checks in with me periodically throughout the week to ensure i maintain discipline in my eating regimen an that i have completed my daily workout on my own. So far i have gone down 2 pants sizes and i continue to improve in my overall strength. He has been flexible with my training schedule and has accommodated me when i had a personal conflict and a family obligation to meet. After having my son, I found myself unhappy with the weight that I had gained. I was previously an athlete my entire life, so dealing with the weight management aspect of training was new to me. I never realized how hard it was to lose weight until I had weight to lose. My goal at that time was to be the healthiest me that I could be, not just for myself, but also for my son. Mr. Stewart is excellent at what he does. He and I crossed paths when I wanted to lose the weight but was not fully committed. As my personal trainer, he created an understanding and foundation, where I was able to restart my weight loss journey, on my own, miles away from home. He has served as a good source of information as I continue on my journey. He shows no leniency and there are no excuses. He can supply you with the tools that you need, however, if you're not accountable, you will not see the results.
