- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cleaning Studio offers hourly services and flat-rates, depending on our customer's cleaning needs. We recommend selecting the best flat-rate service for you: Regular Cleaning, Deep Cleaning or Move-in Move-out Cleaning. If you are looking for an hourly cleaning, our service "Create your Clean" is ideal for customers who have roommates and want specific areas to be cleaned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to chat first with the client first and ask what do they expect from their cleaning in order to recommend the best service for them. This happens because we want to offer our customers the best service and it wouldn't be possible if they choose the service that is not good for them. Efficiency and good communication are always our priority. Then, we talk about extras, such as inside refrigerator cleaning, inside cabinets cleaning, or extra-messy fees; recurrent appointments like weekly, bi-weekly or monthly; basic equipment like providing a vacuum; and finally about entering the apartment (leaving the keys to the doorman or letting the cleaner in, etc). Once we agree on the service and extras, we match their availability with our calendar, to save a recurrent spot for them. We can either book the cleaning ourselves or ask the client to book their service on our Business Website. After the service is booked, our system sends an email reminder one day before the service. On the day of the service, our cleaner will arrive with the eco-friendly supplies for your cleaning. Once the service is completed, our system will charge the customer's credit card and email a receipt. After the service, our customers can rate our cleaners in our system and we will personally call them for a follow-up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cleaning Studio is proud to be a family-owned business, so we know the struggle to keep our home and our office always clean. We have researched and practiced our cleaning techniques in order to achieve an efficient Cleaning and Home Organization Routine. We are constantly training ourselves with new methods in order to offer our clients the best products and services. Claudia Zimmermann, our Co-founder, is an Architect specialized in Sustainability and has a LEED Green Associate Credential.
