- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do the first session for free. This allows me to see where you are physically and we can talk more about what you want to accomplish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I book out a time for an hour for us to talk about why you decided to consider personal training. Depending on the goals, I will take measurements and perform tests. We usually end with a workout to see what you would want to do in a typical appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to being a NASM certified personal trainer, I have been working in gyms for about 9 years. I also have been working under physical therapist for 3 years now so I am very aware of numerous injuries and conditions.
