You pay a flat rate of $200/month (or $100 every 2 weeks) This includes everything you need to transform your body, health, and lifestyle in less than 3 hours per week in the gym: -3 Training Sessions Per Week With Me -Nutrition Coaching -Personal Accountability to Your Goals -Measurements to Ensure Progress
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Baby steps. Every step builds on itself. The first few weeks I ease you into training as we slowly ramp up the intensity and amount of work you do. My goal is to challenge you, but not exhaust you. Progress is the goal, not perfection.
