FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer very competitive pricing and guarantees that are in line with the best in the industry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to gather the important information for an install with an initial phone interview. This also allows me to educate the customer if they have any questions about the specifics of Radon. If the phone interview brings up unusual circumstances, a visit to the home is scheduled prior to issuing of a quoted price. Upon arriving at the home, I will walk through the home with the homeowner and together, we will make a clear plan for the location and details of the system before any actual work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Mechanical Engineering Degree. I've spent 4 years actually building concept cars in Michigan. I have performed many home construction activities. I have been through the Radon Mitigation Certification training courses. Combined, this means that I have the knowledge to throughly understand the science behind Radon and it's solutions which will help me to design a system that performs as well as possible. I have the eye for detail that will allow me to make the system look good. I have the home construction experience necessary to avoid damage to your home both during the install and in the future.
