Pat is an exceptional artist and we feel extremely lucky that our son has him as a teacher. Pat has been giving saxophone lessons to our 11 year-old son for the past 6 months, and he's proved to be an extremely nice person but also a very skilled and supportive pedagogue. Our son has made consistent and quick progress, and we're always impressed to see how excited he is in anticipation of his weekly lessons. Pat's teaching obviously inspires him tremendously and it is an additional incentive for him to practice during the week. We've seen Pat in concerts on several occasions and he is an astonishing saxophone player, who cares for music at the most profound and almost existential level. Our son clearly feels this passion in Pat, and he feels emboldened and empowered by his lessons with him. Thanks to Pat, music for our son has become "his thing", something that he can turn to aside from school and homework. We hear him practice, and then improvise for fun like he does with Pat. These are truly priceless moments.

Pat is an amazing instructor. Very sweet, always on time and incredibly talented and patient. My daughter is in middle school and wants to switch instruments in the fall. The only way to move over to the sax from trombone is to get some private lessons to bring her up to speed. Pat has done exactly that and then some. She loves him!

Pat is an incredibly talented and brilliant musician and I feel honored to have him as my instructor. I have been in the jazz band of my high school music program for the past three years and was looking to break into the next level as I apply for colleges. The way that Pat is attuned to the nuances of my technique has helped push me far beyond my peers and I couldn't recommend him more.

I've had two lessons with Pat, and I'm very happy so far. I have some prior musical training, and Pat was quick to figure out my level and adjust so I'd be challenged and motivated. As a result I've made more progress in a few weeks than I had in several years. He's easy to talk to, and the lessons themselves have been enjoyable.
