- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a few different monthly packages based on your goals, needs and availability: General Health (2x/week) - $600/mo, 75ea Tone and Build (3x/week) - $840/mo, 70ea Transformation (4x/week) - $1000/mo, 62.5ea *For couples training $20 is added to each session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After deciding if we are a good match for each other, I like to give an assessment and discuss your goals. All forms will be electronically sent to you so we don't have to worry about wasting time in person filling them out. That way on our first meeting we can get right to what you want; results. From there we will complete our first workout by going over the basic key movements such as squats and planks. These are the movements that everyone should master in order to build a solid foundation. Each subsequent workout will be more and more tailored to your specific needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I majored in Kiniseolgy which is the study of the human body and it's movement. I am also a certified personal trainer. All my trainers are certified. We specialize in working with those who have had injuries or joint issues and want to gain strength and lose weight.
