Whenever Emily leads me through a workout, I know its going to be a good one. One of Emily's strengths is knowing her clients and their strengths and weaknesses. For instance, I am weaker when it comes to lifting, but can handle a decent amount of cardio. Emily knows this and is able to formulate a workout that contains both elements in a fun, motivating way.
