- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First session is always free consisting of an assessment and then a 30 minute workout.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working out with friends on football fields and in and out of gyms. They kept pushing me to become a trainer and I kept doubting myself; I finally took the leap, switched my major in college, got a couple mentors, and fell in love with what I do ever since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with shoulder, hip, and knee rehab clients help strengthening and getting them back to regular functional performance. I've worked with general population clients for weight loss and strengthening. I've also worked with high school and some college athletes for strength and conditioning.
