- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always transparent with no hidden fees or anything that you don’t know from the get go. I’m up front about per session pricing and like to use that as our primary method to begin. From there packages or bundles can be discussed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to get a good idea of our goals from the get go, some long term some short so we have ideas what to work on and so I can put together workouts that are conducive to said goals. I always like to expose clients to more than one type of facet of training; for example while someone may come in looking to boost endurance, I like to expose them to strength training because it still assists their main goal and exposes them to a new method of working out that they may enjoy and have new goals with.
