Sydney helped me a great deal with my weight loss journey. She has a great deal of knowledge about many different exercises that I never would have known about myself, and she integrated them into a workout plan that was rigorous, but not so challenging as to be impossible. She taught me about nutrition and monitored the foods I was eating, which is really very important to a successful weight loss plan. The results she has helped me achieve would have been unthinkable to me before she began to train me.

Sydney helped a few friends and I lose quite a bit of weight over the summer. She always pushed us hard in our workouts, but at the same time was sensitive to our limits. I never felt like we were doing more than I could handle. Sydney also coached us in our eating habits, which makes all the difference in trying to lose weight. I would definitely recommend Sydney's services to anyone who is trying to get in better shape - whether you want to cut fat, gain muscle, build stamina, or any combination of the three. 10/10 would work with again.

Had a great time working under Sydney. She helped get me started on a healthy diet and exercise routine, and made sure to keep me focused and motivated throughout the summer. With her help, I was able to lose 30 pounds over about 3 months. She is very personable and easy going. Very approachable. If you are willing to work, she is willing to help.
