- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50/session Couples Sessions = $80/session *$40/person All training packages include a meal plan, an individually-catered workout plan, 24/7 availability to answer any questions, and educating and motivating clients every week. I also offer dietary tracking. With dietary tracking, I will communicate with you every day to keep you accountable with your nutrition. You will receive a meal plan and 24/7 access to my nutrition and exercise guidance. This service is $50.00 per month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In my business, the first step to working with any client is taking time to discuss his or her fitness goals. If I don’t know a client’s goals, I can’t help him or her reach them. Once I know my client’s goals, I provide them a meal and workout plan, and set up a training session. I train clients a certain number of times each week to keep them consistent with their workouts.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first began this type of work by helping my friends and family reach their fitness goals. I didn’t charge them simply because I cared for them and enjoyed training them. But as I slowly became the go-to person for fitness advice within my network of friends, I realized that personal training was a skill I had and a service many people paid for. So, I made personal training a business, where I’ve continued doing what I love - helping people reach their goals.
