Chef Luke’s team is fantastic! We hired them for my 30th birthday dinner party, and they exceeded all of our expectations. The menu was fantastic, and every dish was delicious. The picanha had fantastic flavoring, the truffle potatoes were phenomenal but the real star of the show for me was the bread pudding. Hands down the best bread pudding I’ve ever had! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about it. Chef Jeffrey and his team arrived on time, worked within my requirements, and communicated so easily. Plus, they left the kitchen spotless. Highly recommend!! I am itching to use them again!

Luke is an extremely talented and professional chef who will definitely treat you right. His food is as delicious as it is beautiful. He fed 15 of my family members, at a site neither of us was familiar with, and created a culinary extravaganza. I’ll absolutely be calling him again. Hire him- he’s phenomenal.

We brought Chef Luke in for a private Valentine’s Day dinner at our home for 13 guests, and the entire evening was exceptional. In planning the meal, he offers you several menu options for a 5-course meal. Or he lets you suggest your own menu. He boasts that he can prepare anything. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, organized, and completely in control of the kitchen, allowing us to relax and enjoy the evening with our friends. Each course was beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared, with flavors that felt both refined and comforting. We believe in customizing everything to the client for total satisfaction so there is not a set pricing system.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with talking briefly with the client to get a complete picture of what they are looking for, then we build a package that fits their needs perfectly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Luke is a Le Cordon Blue graduate with a associates in culinary arts. He has also apprenticed under two different chefs and worked at some of the most famous culinary institutions in the Dallas area including Hotel ZaZa, and the Dream Cafe.
