Totally exceeded my expectations! Hired Chef Luke to prepare an intimate birthday dinner for my wife's birthday. Process was easy, fast and efficient to secure, plan, and hold the surprise event. He has also apprenticed under two different chefs and worked at some of the most famous culinary institutions in the Dallas area including Hotel ZaZa, and the Dream Cafe.
