The intensity they bring inspires me to motivate them all the more (and the results show)! This all started with He-Man! From age 5 I was fascinated with muscle. I loved watching the muscle-bound good guy beat the evil forces of Skeletor. Now as a Strength Trainer, I get to watch men and women become their own He-Man’s on a daily basis!

Be prepared to get more than you bargained for. My criteria for hiring a personal trainer were 1.) convenience (close to home so I didn’t have an excuse for not making my session), 2. an efficient and effective program and 3.) trainer that would hold me accountable. After a few sessions, reason 2 and 3 were no longer a concern. I was hooked on my work outs. In addition to being a great trainer, Scott is an amazing and personable guy. As a trainer, Scott is focused on 1.) making sure I’m using proper form and 2.) pushing me further than I ever thought I could go. In the few months I’ve been training with Scott, I’ve 1.) lost fat, 2.) gained muscle and tone and 3.) gained a greater confidence in myself both in the gym and outside of the gym. I couldn’t be happier in my decision to invest in myself by selecting Scott’s training program. I’m worth it!

Scott is an excellent trainer! I have been training with him for the past nine months and I am definitely much stronger, with more defined muscle tone, than I was when I started. I had never participated in a barbell weight training program prior to trying out Scott Beall Fit. I had always found the weight section of gyms to be a bit intimidating. Yet, entering Scott’s training studio, I felt empowered rather than intimidated. Scott’s program is highly structured and designed to build full-body strength logically and efficiently (which it definitely does!). However, what I find to be most impressive is Scott’s way in which he works with his clients (I’ve observed his training with others as well). Scott is such a genuine, caring and thoughtful person who seeks not only to increase your physical strength, but your mental and emotional strength as well. Through his regular “check-ins” and informal conversation, he works to connect on a deeper level to help his clients remove any potential barriers that may be keeping them from reaching their full potential physically. I have so appreciated Scott’s dedication to my physical journey and will continue to enjoy my intense and rewarding sessions with him.

I’m a woman in my early thirties. I have always enjoyed lifting weights and working out, but it was really hard to stay consistent with my busy work life. I wanted a trainer who would keep me accountable, but who was also knowledgeable about barbell lifting and who wouldn’t have me lifting 2lb pink dumbbells and cutting a bunch of calories. Now that I’ve been working with Scott 2x/wk, I’ve been much more consistent, even when I work out on my own, and I feel much better in so many ways. Our sessions are an hour long and based on my goals (fat loss and strength gains) we do two big lifts plus a ~5-10min cross-fit type session for cardio. When you start working with Scott, he sits down with you to understand what your fitness goals are and to discover what the deeper reasons why those goals are important to you. Every month we revisit those goals and track progress in terms of weight, body fat percentage, and amount of strength gained. It feels great to continually see my strength improve week-to-week, and I’ve lost body fat, too. The thing I’m probably most proud of is my PR on deadlifts of 230lbs for 5reps Scott is highly educated on the basic barbell lifts and has helped me improve my form and consequently be able to lift more than I ever thought I could! One thing I was really nervous about was aggravating an old lower back injury (and developing new injuries), but I haven’t had any problems AT ALL, even though I’m lifting waaaay heavier than I ever have before. This is huge to me since injuries not only tend to sideline me during healing/recovery, but also get me out of the habit of working out in general. Scott’s attention to my form and the use of lots of warm-up sets all help prevent these problems. Scott has a wide variety of interests outside of lifting, and we have great conversations between sets. He always asks me how my life and work are going; it’s clear he really cares about getting to know his clients on a personal level. And, a special plug to the women out there: Don’t be afraid of lifting heavy weights! Barbells aren’t just for meatheads and you won’t get “bulky” training with Scott. Rather, you’ll put on lean muscle and kick up your metabolism without spending hours doing cardio (which, let’s be honest, you don’t have time for and just makes you hungrier and more worn out anyway). Best of all, you’ll have much more functional strength that you can use in your daily life. Additionally, one thing I really appreciate about working with Scott, especially as a woman, is that he is very professional and respectful. I had never worked with a male trainer before and was worried that it could be awkward at times, but Scott is completely professional and that has never been an issue. If you’re interested in a trainer who uses the basic barbell lifts to help you achieve your goals (everything from fat loss to strength gains to mass-building), I highly recommend you work with Scott Beall for a personalized fitness experience.

I am soon to be 79 and have been working with Scott for 9 years to keep me on a schedule and to avoid injuring myself. These things were accomplished right away. Through training with Scott, I've learned that strength training does good things for your heart, brain, joints and just about everything else (that you do not get from running type exercise). I am still learning how complex and sophisticated strength training taught by a expert is and how the results amplify as technique is mastered. Advancing training and not just doing the same thing all the time is another key concept I have been taught. Talk about sleep pattern, nutrition, a optimistic life view, music and many other things that come up during training appointments adds to the experience. Scott provides a quiet environment (not like commercial gyms) and staying with the same trainer is a necessary plus. I am a retired Pediatrician now 10 years still busy and having fun. When I think about it a moment I can't imagine how I would feel without the strength training routines. I do realize that when I am not able to exercise and train properly on rare occasions, I do not feel the same sense of well being and optimism. Bottom line, this is good stuff (when done properly). I am a 30-year-old guy who has often dabbled with weight training and has been in and out of gyms for the better part of 15 years. Over the past few years, I have experienced a few back injuries related to a herniated disk. This, being exacerbated by some partial scoliosis I’ve had my whole life, and poor dietary and lifestyle habits, began to show me I would never achieve the kind of physical goals I had always hoped for. I was losing hope for ever achieving my goals when I stumbled across Scott Beall Fit. I did some extensive research for a few days and discovered that most people who have experienced real results say Scott is one of the best if not the very best master trainer in Denver. Long story short, I signed up for one year, and in the past three months, I have seen my strength levels nearly double. I have somewhat of a new lease on life. All day to day movements and activities are considerably easier, and my energy levels and confidence is far greater than it was just a few months ago. For me, that’s amazing! I can’t believe I have another 9 months to go; not wanting to count my chickens before they hatch, but every few weeks, I am in a new and better place physically – I’ve never experienced anything like it before. Needless to say, I am highly optimistic about the future. Sessions with Scott are awesome. Scott has discovered and trained himself and others in an exact science to how the human body becomes stronger and he flawlessly employs it with fantastic results. Not to spoil the surprise, but expect big things. Also of note, using his method is not brutal in any way. His method always stays within the realm of your abilities that day, and never overtaxes you. This is one of the ways he has such a perfect faultless track record – he never reaches too far, and nether will you. Just steady and exciting achievement, week after week. Scott makes me feel like a hero. Scott has a love and passion for strength and fitness, but also cares deeply about the hearts and minds of the people that come under his care. This combined with a sharp eye, an attentive ear, and a true giftedness at his craft all come together for an experience that feels like a date with destiny every time you meet with him. It’s surreal from time to time. When you sign up with Scott, you will quickly discover that you’ve found the “real deal” and very good things are ahead. I certainly have, and I am proud to say, I haven't just found the best trainer in Denver, I've found a new friend as well.
