Steve is probably the best trainer I have had. When I first found him, I was skeptical that he would be versatile enough to fit my needs. I train for mma and I knew the fundamentals of working out, dieting, and lifting weights and needed an advanced and a tactical training system and plan in place for me. He came up with a great one within a matter of minutes after hearing my background and goals, and that plan has given me exceedingly good results. I gained a much higher flexibility through new methods of stretching and motion, much greater functional balance and power movements through different creative plyometrics, and used workout routines with pad work and footwork that helped with my timing, power, and endurance. Steve is also a very good listener and is open to suggestions while keeping you apprised of the reasons behind all of his exercises and routines. He is also not strictly an advanced trainer, but also, of course, knows the basics and is able to work with any level or pace that I needed to go in. I actually had a bad ankle injury outside of the gym and thought I would not be able to train again, let alone fight again. However, Steve called me and kept up with my healing progress and when I was able to step back in the gym, he took me back to basics and added amazing rehabilitation exercises that slowly, but methodically worked me back to where I was within about about a month. That is why it is awesome having a trainer that is not only seasoned in personal training, but in occupational therapy as well! He is also very motivating and makes every workout fun and enjoyable, even if they are tough. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone looking to get in shape and better themselves. He seems to be able to meet any type of training, exercise, or diet needs at any level and is extremely personable, encouraging, and just a great guy to be around!
