Introduction: Hi, Im Charlito Aseberos a Professional Chef, I started my cooking career in some Hotels & Restaurants in the Philippines 35 years ago working and learning side by side from some of the finest French & German Chef. there i ended up from Demi Chef to Sous Chef. I went abroad to work in the Middle East also in Hotel and in Airlines Company. Then later, I join the Shipping Industry to work in Cruise Ships and also in Merchant Marine Ships as a Chief Steward. In 2004 my family migrated here in the United States. I specialize in International Foods like Asian, Mediterranean, French and Mid-Eastern and Indian foods.
When I saw Thumbtack's ad for personal chef, I consider myself to sign in for the job.

Our Personal Chef Charlito Aseberos is absolutely amazing! Chef was very diligent in making sure the menu was perfect for us. We met with him on several occasions and he answered any questions we had and worked wonderfully with our budget. He's extremely professional and well prepared. Chef is the complete package deal if you want elegant, delicious food in the comfort of your own home. It is such a wonderful treat, to have someone come into your home and prepare the food. We had a dinner this past summer with special friends & co-workers, and EVERYONE raved about the food Chef presented us! We got tons of compliments from our guests. He was on time, professional, and a pleasure to be around. He cleaned up everything and it was like he wasn't even there.
The food was everything! The presentation was beautiful and tasty. Delicious international foods including appetizers, salads, main course and everything. If you're looking for amazing food, great service, affordable and an unforgettable experience, I would definitely recommend our Personal Chef Charlito. My husband and I are truly grateful for such a wonderful experience.
