I have attended a few yoga classes before but inversion yoga was a first for me. Yvonne was an amazing instructor guiding you through the various movements to help strengthen and prepare you for the different handstands.

The teacher is very friendly and approachable . Gives time for students to introduce themselves and encourages to try something new. I did my first scorpion! Definitely worthy to try.
