- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use a sliding scale, with workouts ranging from 30-60 minutes. Discounts are available when multiple sessions are purchased.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial consultation will help determine if we'll be a good fit for each other. Additionally we'll go over my training/coaching style and develop a SMART goal. (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely)
