Been working with Liana for over a year now and she is a pleasure to work with. She is amazing at explaining each move and challenges you and pushes you to do things you didn't think you can do. The 1:1 attention really helps as someone is able to focus on you and help you with any personal goals you have and Liana does this really well. She is available for you to contact, throughout the week, if you have any questions and she gives you homework if you need it with detailed explanation so you're able to do it on your own. I've been able see amazing changes when we were only a few months in and I can definitely say that I am loving this new lifestyle change towards a healthier life!Jul 17, 2018Verified
Liana has been so wonderful to work with! She is patient and positive, and very invested in my progress. She even creates spreadsheets so that I can stay on track, and checks in to see how I'm doing. I would recommend her to people at any fitness level.Apr 25, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Prices with Live Practically PT can vary greatly based on location. However, every new client is offered a choice of packages ranging from 8-12 sessions with a 10% discount off the total cost. New Jersey clients are offered a free consultation and fitness assessment. NYC clients are required to pay a $25 consultation fee upon booking. This fee will be deducted from the package price if they decide to purchase. We offer free sessions for referred clients, so if you join us, tell your friends!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When working with a new client, LPPT trainers will schedule a consultation and fitness assessment. Consultations and assessments can range in time, but usually last approximately one (1) hour. During this hour, your trainer will sit down and discuss with you all your fitness and health history, as well as your goals. After that, an easy assessment will be performed so the trainer can get a better idea of where you're at (beginner, intermediate, or advanced). From here, you'll be presented a few packages that would work for your goals, and, VOILA! You're on your way to a new you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? All of Live Practically's personal trainers are certified from nationally or internationally accredited programs. All trainers have CPR/AED certifications as well. LPPT's trainers also have additional certifications such as: -Pre and Post Natal Training Certification -Health & Aging Certification -Fitness Nutrition Certification -and many more
