- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to first have a consultation to assess their current fitness level. I record their stats such as their weight and measurements in order to track progress. We discuss in detail their goals and if they have any injuries/weakness I should be aware of and once all of the cards are laid on the table, we get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my BS in Psychology from Fordham University. I'm a certified personal trainer with a secondary certification in pre/post natal work. I am also a Precision Nutrition Coach so I am prepared to help you with your nutrition accountability and progress. You cannot out train a poor diet! Above all, I already have training experience.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I predominantly work with women. I'm pre/post natal certified.
