- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$5 discount for students who want or require hour lessons verses half hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building a relationship to get to know what interests the student has before learning about holding the instrument, bow placement, ear or music background & skills, then setting up a learning plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Church orchestra, university symphony, K-6 MO Elementary Education Certification, private lessons since I was age 10, was a Bachelor of Music Education major.
