- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive within the market, and we offer prompt and attentive service with any job we do large or small. We offer discounts for pairing certain services together as a package deal, and we are happy to talk with you more in person when we meet. In most cases, we can offer a quote the same day we come to your location to better understand your vision for the project. We are customer service driven, and look forward to serving the South Florida area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come to your location in order to better understand your vision. We will put a quote together based on your budget once we have a full understanding of the service that you're wanting us to provide, and offer the best deal possible. We will then present you a quote within 24 hours of our original assessment, and dispatch the proper team of courteous and prompt technicians who will complete the project to your exact specifications. Our project manager will stay in touch with you from the first meet date to completion in order to assure you have one point of contact through the entire process. Also, we offer an on-call point of contact for anything concerning future projects or questions about your new tech for a nominal fee if you desire to have your own personal technician following the install date.
