Cesar worked with me over several weeks on some basic cardio and strength training — I needed to build back my endurance after I was sick for a month last spring. He customized each workout to suit my goals and health needs. I've watched him work with other athletes and he's incredibly knowledgeable for all ages and skill levels.

The class is small and has several black belts. That makes for a wealth of knowledge. The lead instructor is very knowledgeable and friendly. You dont get lost in the numbers.

I know Mr. Lazcano for almost a decade. He has always a great, "how can I help you?" attitude towards anyone who come across his path. I consider him as an outstanding teacher and a great training partner.
