- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on Fitness & Weight Loss vs. Sport Performance. All monthly membership packages are all-inclusive: UNLIMITED weekly sessions, personalized program structured toward your specific needs/goals, nutrition guidance and coaching, private gym setting, mentorship, as well as free consultations through our partner PT clinic, should any issues arise during training. No contracts. all memberships are on a monthly basis. Student-Athletes (ages 12+): $175/mo. Adult Fitness & Weight Loss packages start at $249/mo.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers can come in for free consultations. Tour of the facility, along with a sit-down session where you tell us what you're looking to get out of training, then we take care of the rest! Introductory sessions will focus primarily on assessment of needs, from issues in mobility and stability, to correct patterns of movement. We do things correctly at Complete Strength, and we do them together. No matter your current fitness level, we work to educate and relate. We'll be working you!!!..... But we don't expect our clients to come in and know exactly what to do with zero instruction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years and years of athletics, 10 years of hands-on strength and conditioning training through college and professional career, as well as CPPS (Certified Physical Preparation Specialist) Certification training.
