I have a great tiered program from 5-7% to offer my clients, so they are only paying for exactly what they need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An easy consultation (over coffee if you like) is all I ask for so I can assess your needs and formulate my buying and selling strategies to fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I believe that continuing education is just the start of what could and should be learned by practicing agents. How can we be the "experts" without remaining atop of current trends and regulations? I am a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, which means that in addition to the state required licensing courses, I have taken an additional 90 credit course hours and earned the designation of a GRI. I also have completed the training courses required to become a Certified Negotiation Expert and Senior Real Estate Specialist to better serve my clients.
