- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $55 dollar trip charge which covers up to an hour of small honey do items and require a minimum of 2hrs for small odd jobs at $50 per hr. For specific jobs such as fans, lights, plumbing ect.. I will give a flat rate price. Need it now/ emergency type jobs after hours I charge $90 All other jobs I will be happy to give you an estimate up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to have a face to face consultation, phone call and or email with photos so that we can figure out together the best course of action for each project and ensure that no extra costs or services will be required prior to starting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction field for over 20 years. Starting as a helper working foe a flooring company to becoming a Building superintendent, to finally reaching Senior Project Manager for large commercial retail renovations
