- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer two services: Personal Training and Online Personal Training. With Personal Training I run a 'New Client Special' which is $300 for 6 (1hr) sessions. $450 for 6 sessions if there are two of you. After that the price is $70/session and $100/sesssion respectively. Monthly payment plans can also be set up. With Online Personal Training the first month is completely free (no credit card needed) and only takes 2minutes to sign up. Sign up at bodiesbybennett.net and click on the free month link. After that prices are as follows: 3 months = $90 ($30/month) 6 months = $150 ($25/ month) 12 months = $240 ($20/month)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personal Training: The first session that we meet we will go through my fitness evaluation so I know exactly how to proceed with designing your training program. After that I design a program suitable for you and we begin workouts on the second day we meet. Online Personal Training: Go to bodiebybennett.net Click on the sign-up link Take 2 minutes to fill out the questionnaire Check your email for your welcome letter which includes your start date and instructions on how to download the apps and how to get started. Your Workout plan will be assigned and you will receive check ins for me to make sure you are following your program correctly with no problems. Workout plans are 6 weeks long. After six weeks you will be reassessed and asked how your workouts are going. If they are still challenging enough for you, you will receive a new program at the same level. If the workouts are too easy then you will jump up to the next level in the program. The workout programs are 6 weeks long because your body will start to adapt to these workout after 6 weeks. We aim to confuse your muscles so your body keeps getting the best gains possible. TIME TO REACH THOSE GOALS!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am credentialed as a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.
