- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know the client, their interests and their goals. Go over the best and most realistic ways for the client to achieve their goals. Create a meal plan and workout routine for the client based on their needs and any possible injuries. Push the client to successful workouts and regularly check in on diet accountability.
