I love training with Kristen! I mean I don't love going to the gym & sweating, but she pushes me to keep going & shows me different excersices that will benefit me.

Kristen is my personal trainer and I absolutely love her. I wouldn't be where I'm at now if it wasn't for her. She pushes to points that I didn't even know I could do. Not only have I lost weight but I feel a lot healthier.

Kristen shows that she cares about her profession and her clients goals. I have trained with her for a few months now and definitely feel the change. I would highly recommend her as a trainer!
