- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I never charge a fee for the initial consultation (usually a phone call). I believe if we don't "connect", we're already starting at a disadvantage. Life Coaching needs to work for all parties to be successful. As for pricing, I maintain a flat-hourly fee for coaching time, but my connection is often very much more involved, for which I don't charge a fee. Text messages, quick check-in phone calls, follow-up conversations are all included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually begin with a brief phone conversation, to better understand the specifics and goals of my clients, followed by a first meeting to create a template for what needs to be achieved. After that, the speed depends on the client. We move as fast or as slow as their comfort-level dictates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lifetime of teaching and training with ages ranging from youth to young adults to seasoned professionals. My educational background is in Theatre Arts and Psychology but I have found not education to be comparable to the actual hands-on work done with real-life people, over time.
