- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our services prices can vary, due to the service treatments. Please check out our Salon website for all our starting base prices: salonvision.com/elements
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make sure we conduct a full consultation before we start any service treatment. We want to make sure the client is within understanding of the type of service they can have and the process it takes for the service for each client's requests. We highly recommend clients to bring in a visual for hair or nail appointments for each staff member to reference towards! For our skin treatments, a profile form must be completed before we can start the service, which explains the type of skin each client has. As for chemical services on hair we have a Client wavier for each client to understand the chemical processes that your hair can go through as protection for the clients hair care needs. We always want to deliver the right concept of design as well as the right treatment for each of of clients's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Elements Salon is an educational salon and under goes continuing education for each staff member. Plus we have several educators on staff from different chemical hair color companies. Plus we only have on staff the most educated and talented staff members in their field. We always continue our growth by educating our staff members one on one.
