The training I receive from PorterBuilt Personal Training is not only enjoyable, it's getting results! The workouts push my body to get stronger while never leaving me hurting or feeling as if I need to pull back and take a break from the program. My wife has also been a client, and thanks to the guidance of PorterBuilt, she not only lost the "baby weight" but she was leaner and stronger than before she got pregnant. Patt has customized a workout around my physical limitations that has impressed my surgeons immensely. Where they once recommended a 2-3 lb weight limit for any upper body work and moderate lower body and cardio work, my doctors now recommend using discomfort as a limitation and do what Patt instructs. He has helped me become more mobile and much stronger. With his work in powerlifting and training fitness models, I went to him for a recommendation to another trainer, not expecting him to want to 'waste his time and effort' on me. He asked for a few days to get back in touch with me and I fully expected to hear from him with a phone number for someone else but he spent those days researching Rheumatoid Arthritis and my joint surgeries and contacted me with a plan to strengthen my joints within my constraints. I am stronger and feel better than I have in years.

Patt sat down with me to understand my goals, work schedule, training schedule, and likes/dislikes to develop a nutrition/meal plan molded for me. No cookie cutter plans or "bro science". Patt knows what he is talking about and makes sure you get the results you are looking for. I see the progress everyday, and with our biweekly check-ins he adjusts the plan to ensure that I stay on the right path.

Patt is such an amazing trainer! He definitely knows what he is talking about, from fitness to diet and nutrition, and just being a great listener. You tell him what your goals are and he will be there all the way until you exceed them. Every single session is different and you feel yourself getting stronger and stronger every time. Even though he kicks your butt during the session, you feel amazing afterwards! Stop making excuses and do yourself a favor...Train with Patt!

Patt Porter is the best trainer I've ever worked with! He knows how to prescribe the perfect workout and nutritional plan for you and gives you the personalized attention you need to reach your goals. I gained 70 lbs with my pregnancy and was able to lose every pound the RIGHT way. I used to be one of those girls that thought weight training would make me big and bulky. Patt proved me wrong!
