Introduction: My training is high intensity, high volume circuit training that encourages weight loss and strength gains with counted/timed exercises and rest periods utilizing body weight, barbells, kettle bells, dumbbells and machines. I'm a motivator to all of my clients and will push you beyond your comfort level and provide dynamic programing to keep the workouts interesting and for your body to never stop improving towards your fitness goals. ****Please note that my workout videos are on my Facebook page**** I'm most excited in seeing the results my clients and how their every day lives are improved.

Carl is a great trainer/coach. His workouts are specialized for individual clients. I really appreciate that he always explains why we are doing certain exercises and why in a specific order. He keeps giving useful tips to avoid injury and to relax your muscles after a intense workout. He also worked on a diet plan for me with food items that I can easily get from HEB. I would definitely recommend Carl for 1:1 training.

Great experience for my pre-teen son this summer. On time, responsive, easy going and relatable, great program in session and suggestions provided for at home out of the gym. really instilled an enthusiasm for health and fitness that will undoubtedly last a lifetime for my son, which was what i was hoping for. Exceeded expectations and highly recommend for all.

Carl has been an amazing personal trainer providing great workouts where I am seeing definite results and a diet plan that I can actually stick to. I've been able to achieve the results I've been trying hard to do on my own and his work/efforts have been immensely helpful! Highly recommend.

Before I met Carl I was overweight and completely out of shape. I was struggling to climb a flight of stairs and I basically had no energy to play when the my kids, at the end of the work day. A month later - I am still overweight I guess. I don't know if I have lost any weight because I stopped watching the scales. What I do know, is my clothes are loose on me, I spend more time taking my dogs out to the park and the kids out to the playground. I don't feel completely zapped out on a Wednesday at 5. I am sleeping better and I am overall in a much more positive mood. Changes like this don't tend to happen overnight. But if you put the effort into making things better and you have the right guidance things will definitely trend in the right direction. Carl is THE guy to get that direction, guidance and motivation from. He doesn't care about just spending an hour and tiring you out. He keeps tabs on you when you are out if the gym. He listens to what you have to say and he understand your situation and works with you through your difficulties and he always has good, positive advice for you. I might have met him initially with the intention of finding a personal trainer, but I ended up finding a good friend instead. I would wholeheartedly recommend Carl to anyone who is looking to get their health in order.
