- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do 30 minute workout sessions, if we meet once a week the cost is $30 per session. If we meet two or more times a week the cost is $25 per session. I also offer 45-60 minutes sessions, the price depends on how often we meet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first do an initial consultation, in person or over the phone. This is a chance for us to talk about the individual's personal goals, their past experience with exercise and their current fitness level. We talk about the fitness program that will best suit their needs, how often we should meet and the types of exercises that will help them reach their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified as an NSCA-CPT, National Strength and Conditioning Association-Certified Personal Trainer. I am also a graduate of Provo College in personal training. I also completed a training program at the Professional Fitness Institute in Las Vegas NV. To keep my certification current, I am consistantly involved in continuting education.
