Introduction: What makes my training stand out from others is the variety of training styles that I incorporate. As a former MMA fighter, Division 1, and Professional football player I use exercises that are geared toward whole body strength and agility. Athleticism and flexibility are at the forefront of my goals for clients, while hard work and fun follow closely behind. I have done rehab/P.T. for clients after surgery, trained children, both in groups and individuals, worked with whole teams to have them achieve their athletic goals, and have written and enacted numerous programs specifically designed for each clients individual needs. Achieve your fitness dreams with Ed! I truly enjoy the daily grind of seeing people push harder than they normally would when I encourage them. However, the most satisfying part of the work I do is when I get to see my clients reach the fitness and health goals that they have set!

Eddy is an amazing trainer! He is extremely knowledgeable, he is mindful with alignement and making sure you don’t do anything to hurt yourself. He got me in the best shape and continues to get me stronger. I 100% recommend him

Working with Ed has been fantastic. He's really in tune with how each individual's body is uniquely different -- and designs his training accordingly. In my 3 years working with him I've seen him with clients all the way from kids to seniors. He's also great with understanding old injuries and how to protect them during excercise. And to top it off... the man is just cool to hang with. Working out with Ed is always a good time. I would definitely reccomend.
