- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Firstly i want to give you a free session/evaluation to prove to you what i can provide to help you reach your goals. depending on your commitment level and goals we can discuss your session frequency and always work out a home routine to go with it. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first have a free consultation to pinpoint your goals and get an idea on how i can help you reach them. After i will do a free full evaluation to determine a starting point for the upcoming training regimen i specifically design for you based on what we talked about previously. Then we get to work and start your personal journey to a fit, healthy lifestyle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep up to date with all the latest fitness and dieting trends and practitioners, and personally undertake and develop all the techniques i use in my training regimens. I see myself as an example for all my clients and will continue to grow with them. I have been training for 4 years and have gotten results with constantly evolving training routines.
