My experiences with Tamara have been wonderful. She is a great listener, empathetic and has zero judgement of the things I tell her. She is encouraging, effective, extremely responsive, kind when I forget the code (every time), she is professional but not in an uptight way and not overly "love and light" either, she is a great mix of both and does an amazing job. My sessions with her have been extremely helpful in the areas I've needed help with and in all aspects of my life. You may go for one reason say weight loss but you end up feeling better in all areas of your life. She asks the right questions to make you see things you didn't even realize were connected to what you are working on. Also, if I don't do my action items I'm not scolded like a little child, we figure out why I wasn't motivated to help myself. I think at times I forget that she is a guide not law enforcement (parent). She is worth every dollar I've spent and she is affordable enough that I can see her when I need to with some planning. I will never seek another hypnotherapist now that I have found her!!

Having a great fear of heights, I turned to Beyond Hypnosis for help. Tamarah took the time to explain to me how hypnosis works and what I need to do to make it most successful. My hypnosis session was one of the most unique experiences of my life. I would highly recommend Tamarah for life anxieties that hypnosis may help.
