- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer varying programs that last no less than 8 weeks. I do offer a two-part payment plan: 1st Payment: due first week. 2nd Payment: due 1 month from first payment. Pricing is based off number of sessions booked per week that has been implemented in your workout plan, including assessment fee of $150.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start off by getting to know my clients, their habits, hobbies, lifestyle, etc. This will help me better get a sense of who they are and how I can better improve their health & lifestyle. Once I get a better understanding of who my client is I discuss certain plans that match with the desired goals they communicate with me. New clients always are required to provide a doctor's consent before stepping in the gym with me for training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am nationally and internationally recognized per my NASM certification. Over 7 years of professional experience with resistance training, athletic training, and weight loss programs.
