Johnny has been training me for the last 4 wks. Started at 3 times a week now doing 4 times a week. I've been doing weight-loss, toning and weight-training. Johnny has aided in my ability to become stronger both mentally and physically; providing support, advice and motivation. Most importantly, he believes in me. There’s not a day that goes by that I turn down any chance to be challenged. It is those challenges that keep me motivated and keep me wondering what’s next in line to conquer.
