- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Minimum fee's start at $125.00 These fee's include travel to and from your location or venue, filing of all court related documents with 48 hours of the service, all pre event meetings and post event follow up, an assistant who travels with me to help with any set up or break down and a copy of a Marriage Certificate signed immediately after the ceremony. With my services there are never any additional costs or surprises after we have agreed upon what you need from me to make your day special. Each event is tailored to your specifications. Our prices are reasonable and competitive. Generally, the biggest influence in a fluctuation from our base price may be travel expenses or if you choose to expand the type of ceremony. We are always honest and upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you have received our quote and viewed our website we encourage you to contact us before making your final decision. We do NOT bid on dates we already have booked with another customer. Once we have a chance to speak, if you are ready to make your decision mark us as "hired". We will contact you immediately (usually within 24 hours) and schedule your second, more in depth, consultation. Prior to that consultation you will receive the first draft of your vows based on the information we discussed during our initial conversation. Once we meet will outline our services, provide you a Welcome Packet, review the contract and you would make your initial deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an ordained minister the Universal Life Church since May of 2016. In addition, I am also a state of Florida Notary. Prior to that I worked as a catering and event coordinator for Tampa Bay companies such as The Foodmill Restaurant, Tradewinds Resort and The Don CeSar Resort. Collectively, I have over 20 years working in the wedding and event coordinating industry. I hold a Business Degree from USF. We have other Officiants who have Business Degrees, Masters Degrees, Psychology Degrees, Life Coach and Inspirational Speaking experience and much more. Each of them are ordained ministers and are experienced professionals ready to make a contribution to your event.
