- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We figure out what you are looking to accomplish and how we can develop discipline to attack your goals. After a phone call with full goals assessment, we assess how well you move with a functional movement screen, combined with a completely customized functional screening process. E.g. If our goal is to run a marathon- we run together and assess form and look at where we need to improve the most going forward. At this point, I will gather your results and we build your health program.
