Had such a great time during our first session. He was able to help me push myself without completely overwhelming me. I’m so excited to continue to work with him!Oct 31, 2018Verified
Great workouts and a lot of fun to train me. Highly recommend!Jun 21, 2018Verified

I've been working with Kenny for 10 weeks and am so pleased with my results! I have noticeably lost weight, gained strength, no longer have to take sleep aids, and my overall energy level has greatly improved. I have never been athletic, so making the decision to work with a personal trainer was scary - I didn't know what to expect; however, Kenny made me feel comfortable right away. His coaching and encouragement makes it easy to stay motivated. I look forward to every session, and feel a great sense of accomplishment each time I finish one!Aug 26, 2016Verified
I have been working with Kenny for two weeks now. I'm so sore! I didn't have a lot of experience with training before, but I feel like he has been understanding of that and encouraging as well. He is fun to work with and has pushed me to work hard. Definitely a good choice to hire him as my trainer!Jun 23, 2016Verified
