- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My programs start at 12 sessions per month, and these can be tailored to your specific needs. I offer in-person training, remote nutrition, as well as multiple add-ons to fit your goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine if we are the right fit. We will discuss your goals and the motivations behind them, as well as any medical issues you may have. Once we have established your goals, we will start putting together a course of action that you can start on right away. Depending on your goals and availability, we will put together a training schedule and estimated timeline.
