- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I typically charge between $65 and $80/session (one hour) depending upon the drive time. Boot camps and couples sessions run a little more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I conduct an injury, background, skills, and goals assessment with all clients prior to getting them moving. Following that, we do a baseline workout to get a sense of what the client can perform and the level of effort that the client is capable of. I also work up an individualized nutrition plan, when necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I hold a degree in Exercise and Sports Physiology. I have trained 100s of people, held 100s of boot camps, and even more private client sessions. I was a scientist before I became an athlete, so I come to this with a research-minded background.
