- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our initial 60 minute fitness consult is free during which time we'll determine the best training package for you. Our training packages range from $100 per month for virtual training to around $75 per session depending on the service selected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start all new clients with a free 60 minute fitness consult. In the consult, we'll get to know you, your goals, what motivates you, what challenges you have, your schedule, and your budget. Taking all of this into consideration, we'll design the best option for you, which may be one on one personal training which gives you the most personalized experience, group training which is very effective and a little more budget friendly, and virtual training which is the most cost effective and convenient option but requires personal discipline.

Our trainers have nationally accredited personal training certifications.
