FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually get reimbursed through health insurance companies. My cash based fee for Physical Therapy services needs to be within a certain range of how much I charge insurance companies, and is typically $150 an hour for Physical Therapy services. For Personal Training services my rates are: $50 - 30 minute session, only exercises $65 - 45 minute session, exercises + manual techniques $80 - 60 minute session, exercises + manual techniques + massage However, these prices may begin to increase as I fill my schedule with more Physical Therapy patients. I am willing to lock in prices for clients now who want my Personal Training services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session is typically used to evaluate the patient/client in regards to muscular strength and flexibility, joint mobility, a brief medical history, and a few other special tests needed to better understand the patient/clients current physical condition. Next we talk about goals and what the patient/client hopes to achieve through my services. And then typically ending on the plan of care on how we will work together to achieve the patient/clients goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami. I underwent my Orthopedic Residency Program from EIM in Washington. I have become a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist (OCS) accredited through the American Physical Therapy Association in 2015. I have worked with professional and collegiate athletes, and I have trained and worked in multiple sports and orthopedic clinics around the country.
