- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hypnotherapy sessions are $100-$150 for a 90 minute session, or a package of 4 sessions for the price of 3. I am currently offering a promotion for my coaching clients, where you can get up to three sessions by donation--you decide the price. Spiritual direction is also on a sliding scale, $50-$100 for a 50 minute session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can text back and forth, and/or have a 20 minute complementary phone call to assess if working together will be beneficial for you, or you can just go ahead and schedule an appointment. Appointments can be made either by visiting my website, by texting me, or emailing me. I ask new clients to fill out an intake form that includes questions about your goals in our work together, as well as your health history. There is also an informed consent form that explains the nature of the work. The first time we meet, we will take the first 10-15 minutes for any questions you might have, and to discuss more about who you are and what you are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fern received her certification as a clinical hypnotherapist at the Wellness Institute in Issaquah, WA, as well as receiving her training as a life coach there. She is a certified member of the National Guild of Hypnotists. In addition, she is a Family Nurse Practitioner, with a master's degree in primary health care from the University of Washington, and a spiritual director.
