FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge 15$ each hour, and for each additional person I charge 10$.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on each client I prepare a different routine, it depends in the gender, the age and the days per week we can work together. The first I do is test my costumers to see where they're at. I like to test their height and weight, I ask some questions about nutrition, and then I like to see their experience in the gym, and what is their strength. I will go through two-three exercises for either upper or lower body, to have an idea of what they are able to lift, and then compare it each month to see the progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a track and field athlete. I train about 20h per week during season, and I have been doing sport for more than 12 years now. I have worked with many different coaches and athletes of every sport, I learned many different routines depending on every's person purpose.
