Introduction: I provide personal training that involves weight training, body weight training, circuit training, self defense, meal nutrition and show prep. I have a background in martial arts and have 13 yrs of fitness related experience. Majority of my clients goals are weight loss and body building. My job is to help my clients reach their mental and physical goal.
I love guiding my clients along their fitness journey. Helping them gain their confidence and view their life in a better light overall.
