1 session a week -$35per session 2 sessions a week-$30per session 3+ sessions a week-$25per session Training session includes a complimentary 30 minute assessment, 1 hour personalized training program and monthly reassessments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, our first priority is to complete a 30 minute complimentary assessment. We will talk about fitness goals, medical issues, current nutrition and fitness. The more I know, the more personal and unique the fitness plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working with people from all walks of life is one of the most important things I have done in this field. It allows you to see ideas, problems, happiness, exhaustion from countless angles. Working with this variety of individuals helps you understand and become empathetic to others and their day to day stressors. After all, the easier I can help you get rid any excess stress, the better the results will be.
